摘要 单极性倍频SPWM调制技术具有输出波形谐波抑制能力好,输出波形脉动频率高而开关管的损耗并不增加等优势.综合分析了四种单极性倍频SPWM算法,并用MATLAB进行了谐波分析,在此基础上比较了各种算法的优劣,最后在TMS320F2812上予以实现,为工程实践提供了的依据. Single-polar SPWM of Frequency doubled technology has advantages with the frequency of its output waveform doubled,suppressing harmonics better and outputting a high frequency wave pulse without increasing the loss of switches.Four kinds of algorithms were analysed and a harmonic analysis was also conducted with MATLAB.The advantages and disadvantages of the four algorithms were then compared.Finally,the technology was implemented on TMS320F2812,which provides a certain basis for engineering practice.
