依托工业园区推进新疆加工贸易发展的对策思考

Rely on Industrial Parks to Push forward the Development of Processing Trade in Xinjiang

加工贸易的发展对地区经济的增长具有明显的拉动作用。受制于新疆工业基础薄弱、产业结构不合理以及政策等主客观因素的影响,新疆加工贸易发展缓慢。依托工业园区发展加工贸易是新疆应对国内外竞争的现实选择。新疆应以加工贸易和外向型产业互动发展为切入点,通过打造进出口加工基地、承接产业转移、培育产业群等,进一步推进加工贸易的发展。

The development of processing trade has obvious pulling function for regional economic growth.Affected by weak industrial basis,illogical industrial layout and government policies,processing trade in Xinjiang develops slowly.Therefore,relying on industrial parks to promote processing trade should be a realistic choice to cope with the fierce competition home and abroad.The authors propose that Xinjiang should take processing trade and export-oriented industry as a starting point to push forward the development of processing trade by building import and export processing bases,accepting industrial transfer,cultivating industrial clusters.
