新疆区域经济差异及其时空格局研究

Study on the Differences of Regional Economy in Xinjiang from Temporal-spatial Perspective

自改革开放以来,新疆区域经济的绝对差异一直在扩大,尤其是在1990-1995、2003-2010两个时间段扩大最为迅速。区域经济的相对差异的变化呈现"倒U"型结构。从空间格局来看,经济总量差异显著,而经济增长速度却出现了一些趋同的现象。在新疆社会经济发展的过程中,不可忽视区域经济差异的扩大对新疆社会发展造成的影响,应通过优化区域产业结构、培育区域增长极、加大扶持等措施,缩小区域经济差异。

Since the reform and opening to the outside world in 1978,the absolute differences of regional economic development in Xinjiang has been growing,especially during the two periods of 1990-1995 and 2003-2010.The relative differences of regional economic development show a downward U letter.Viewed from temporal-spatial patterns,economic aggregates differ obviously,but the speed of economic growth shows some convergence.In the process of socio-economic development in Xinjiang,the expansion of regional economic differences has imposed nonnegligible influence on the social development of Xinjiang.Finally,the author suggests some countermeasures,including optimizing regional industrial structures,cultivating growth poles and strengthening supportive force in order to narrow regional economic differences.
