同煤集团地煤公司经营管理体系设计思路研究

Preliminary Discussion about Tongmei Local Coal Co.,LTD Management System Design

随着国有大中型企业改制的进一步推进和完善,建立科学、高效、完整的现代经营管理体系越来越受到企业的重视。本文以同煤集团地煤公司的兼并重组为例,引入精细化管理理念,以企业的相关业务工作为研究对象,并基于大量的实践研究,提出了企业建设现代经营管理体系的方法和思路,以期对竞争中发展的企业有所启示。

With the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprise restructuring and the further promotion, establishing a scientific, efficient, and complete modern business management system has been thought highly of by the enterprise. In this paper, with the example of Datong Coal. Mine Group Local Coal Co., LTD merger restructuring, introduces delicacy management concept, taking the company＇s related business as the research object, and based on a large number of practice research, and puts forward the methods and ideas of constructing modern enterprise management system, in order to give some inspiration to the development of the enterprise in competition.
