鼠神经生长因子联合丹红注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Effect of mouse nerve growth factor and danhong injection in the treatment of elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的探讨鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)与丹红注射液联合治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法选择2型DPN患者120例,随机分为A、B、C3组,A组为甲钴胺治疗组、B组为鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)治疗组、C组为mNGF+丹红注射液组。观察3组治疗前后血液流变学、神经传导速度、临床症状的变化。结果 C组血液流变学、运动及感觉神经传导速度、临床症状较A、B组均有明显改善(P<0.05);B组运动及感觉神经传导速度、临床症状较A组均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 mNGF+丹红注射液组治疗老年DPN疗效好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of mouse nerve growth factor combined with Danhong injection in treatment of elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods 120 cases of type 2 DPN were randomly divided into three groups （A/B/C）. Group A was treated with mecobalamine,Group B with mNGF and C with mNGF and Dan- hong injection. The changes of blood theology, nerve conduction velocity and clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment. Results The clinical symptoms, blood theology, motor nerve conduction velocity （MNCV）, sensory nerve conduction velocity （SNCV）in group C had more significant improvement than those in Group A and Group B group （P〈0.05）. The clinical symptoms, MNCV and SNCV in group B had more significant improvement than those in group A （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor combined with Danhong injection is effective in treating DPN.
