摘要
目的比较经尿道前列腺等离子切除(TUPKRP)与经尿道前列腺电切(TUR-P)治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)术后对性功能的影响。方法将200例BPH住院病人随机分为两组,每组均为100例,其中100例行经尿道前列腺电切,100例行经尿道前列腺等离子切除,术前和术后3个月采用IIEF-5问卷调查,比较两种手术对性功能的影响。结果经尿道前列腺等离子切除与经尿道前列腺电切术后性功能影响有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺等离子切除对性功能影响小于经尿道前列腺电切。
Objective To compare the postoperative sexual function after PKRP and TURP for BPH. Methods 200 patients with BPH were randomized equally into two groups： one group with TUR-P and the other group with PKRP. The sexual function before and after operation for 3 months were compared in IIEF-5 score with statistical methods. Results There was significant difference in the postoperative sexual function between PKRP and TURP（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In a view of postoperative sexual function after surgical treatment of BPH, PKRP are superior to TURP.
