脑外伤后并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征的护理

Nursing of traumatic brain injury with ARDS

目的总结脑外伤后并发急性肺损伤及急性呼吸窘迫综合征的诊断标准及临床护理要点。方法回顾性分析我院2005年2月～2011年2月收治的脑外伤后并发急性肺损及急性呼吸窘迫综合征的46例患者的临床资料。结果脑外伤后并发急性肺损伤患者27例,死亡9例(33.33%);脑外伤后并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征19例,死亡10例(52.63%)。结论脑外伤后并发急性肺损伤及急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者的死亡率高,严重影响脑外伤患者的生存率,临床护理中应严密的观察病情变化,以早期发现、早期呼吸机及药物治疗是提高患者生存率的前提。

Objective To summarize the diagnostic criteria and clinical care after traumatic brain injury with acute lung injury and acute respiratory distress syndrome. Method 46 cases of traumatic brain injury with ALI/ARDS patients were analyzed. Results Of 27 patients with acute lung injury after traumatic brain injury, 9 patients died（33.33%）. There were 19 cases with acute respiratory distress syndrome, 10 patients of then died（52.63%）. Conclusion The high mortality of acute lung injury and acute respiratory distress syndrome serious impacts on the survival rate of patients with brain injury. Close observation must be given to patient＇ condition in clinical care.
