This paper introduces the general principle of real time diagnosis system of failures about TV broadcasting and controlling including the system structure the object oriented knowledge expression and acquiring database and real time data processing reasoning and explaining transition of the deep seated knowledge to shallowseated knowledge diagnosing with monitoring and so on.
