不连沟煤矿工作面辅助运输巷道围岩控制技术

Surrounding Rock Control Optimization Analysis for Auxiliary Transportation Roadway of Working Face in Bu Lian-gou Coal Mine

摘要 巷道支护选择设计直接影响到巷道围岩的控制效果。针对不连沟煤矿工作面辅助运输巷道煤体竖向裂隙发育、侧帮围岩破碎严重等问题,通过分析不连沟煤矿F6103工作面巷道维护的现状和原支护设计,提出以增强支护强度和加固破碎岩体为目标的控制优化方案。工程实践显示了采用支护优化方案,提高了围岩的稳定性,解决了巷道变形和失稳难题。 Unreasonable roadway support design will directly affect the surrounding rock controlling effect. Based on vertical fracture development of coal body, broken side wall surrounding rock and other serious problems of auxiliary transportation roadway for the working face in Bu Lian-gou coal mine, the working face roadway maintenance status and rock specimen test result were analyzed in this paper. The optimization control scheme had been put forward to strengthen the support strength and reinforcement of broken rock mass as the goal to improve the stability of surrounding rock and solve the deformation instability problem.
