施用秸秆降解专用菌对温室土壤养分及酶活的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]以使用秸秆降解专用菌的土壤为研究对象,测定理化性质、微生物及酶活变化。[方法]观测不同时期土壤真菌变化,测定哈茨木霉的定殖率以及栽培前后土壤养分、酶活变化。[结果]使用秸秆降解专用菌后土壤中哈茨木霉有效菌数明显增加,有效改善土壤养分,明显提高碱性磷酸酶和脲酶含量。[结论]秸秆降解专用菌能促进作物对土壤中磷素、氮素的吸收和利用,并且能提高哈茨木霉定殖率,促进秸秆较快降解,进而提高产量。 [Objective] The physicochemical properties,microbial and enzyme activity change were tested by taking the soil using the straw degradation special bacteria as the research object.[Method] The colonization of Trichoderma harzianum and nutrient and enzyme activity of soil was tested by observing bacteria change in different periods.[Result] Effective bacteria of Trichoderma harzianum in soil was obviously increased after using the straw degradation special bacteria.Nutrient of soil had been changed.The contents of alkaline phosphatase and the urease were obviously increased.[Conclusion] Phosphorus and nitrogen in soil were used and absorbed by crops.Colonization of Trichoderma harzianum could be increased to promote the degradation of the straw and improve the output.
