四川省农村贫困问题及反贫困对策研究

Research of Rural Poverty and Anti-poverty Countermeasure in Sichuan Province

分析了四川省农村贫困的现状、特点及贫困形成的原因,并提出改善四川省农村贫困状况的对策,即完善财政资金反贫困制度设计,完善金融反贫困制度设计,加大地方政府的产业政策扶持力度,加强社会保障制度设计,加大基础设施投入力度和加强对农民的培训教育等措施。

The current situation,characteristics and causes for rural poverty in Sichuan Province were analyzed,several countermeasures for improving poverty were put forward,namely perfecting the financial capital anti-poverty system design;perfecting financial anti-poverty system design;increasing local government industrial policy support strength;strengthening the social security system design;increasing infrastructure investment and strengthening the training of farmers education etc.
