成都市农村集体建设用地流转的实践及思考

Practice and Study on Circulation of Rural Collective Construction Land in Chengdu

阐述了成都市都江堰联建、拆院并院及土地综合整治3种狭义集体建设用地流转模式,归纳出其中存在的主要问题,并分别从法律、管理、流转方面提出集体建设用地流转的改革建议,以期构建城乡统一的集体建设用地流转市场。

Three kinds of circulation pattern of collective construction land in Chengdu were elaborated including Dujiangyan joint-constructing,separate-merge courtyard and comprehensive land regulation.Main existing problems were summarized,several reformation advices were put forward from aspects of law,management and circulation,so as to construct unity circulation market of urban-rural collective construction land.
