城市工业园区转型跨越发展研究

Research on transformation across development of city industrial park

以太原高新技术产业开发区的转型发展为实例,从城市规划角度研究城市工业园区在快速化的城市化进程中的转型发展,在城市规划中本着节约用地、科学规划的原则,同时完善城市公共配套设施的均衡问题,以满足城市工业园区跨越转型的发展需求。

Taking the transformation across development of Taiyuan high-tech industrial development zone as an example,this paper researched the transformation development of city industrial park fast city course from the perspective of city planning,in the city planning,based on the principle of intensive use land,scientific planning,at the same time,perfected the equilibrium problems of city public ancillary facilities,to meet the transformation across development of city industrial park.
