On risk analysis of EPC program along special line of Songmu Island

结合既有项目实践,对项目实施过程中遇到的各种风险因素进行分析,总结了EPC项目模式下设计、施工等各阶段的风险因素,尝试建立风险清单,为同类项目的风险管理提供借鉴。

Combining with the existing program practice,the paper analyzes all kinds of risk factors in the implementation process,sums up the risk factors at the design and construction phases under the EPC program model,and tries to establish the risk list,so as to provide some reference for the risk management of similar programs.
