自03清单规范实施以来,关于"类似子目"的定义及实际具体运用在工程实施及结算办理过程中一直争议不断。规范把"类似"的具体判断留交由合同作具体约定,而在实际合同签订过程中,极少有单位将该条款予以明确界定,为此就如何合理界定"类似子目"及采用"间接套用"、"部分套用"予以探讨。
