摘要
论述2011年房地产调控以来温州市房地产市场出现的新变化和新特点,并从房地产与金融的关系角度,分析温州房地产市场出现明显调整的原因,以及本轮房地产调整对温州的影响,最后提出完善房地产调控、控制金融风险的政策建议。
The paper discusses the change and the new features of estate market in Wenzhou since property-market tightening measures were implemented in 2011.According to the relationship between real estate and financial,analyzes the possible reason of a significant adjustment appearing in Wenzhou,and points out the effect.Finally,puts forward some proposals to improve the real estate regulation and control financial risks.
