摘要
我国房地产业面临低碳量化标准缺失、低碳化发展合力不足、低碳技术落后等主要问题,一直沿袭的高能耗、高排放的传统发展模式,是我国低碳经济发展的一个巨大障碍。提出房地产业低碳化所必须经过的建筑节能、低碳房地产开发和绿色房地产开发三个发展阶段。在此过程中,通过挖掘发展动力、量化低碳房地产标准、加大低碳技术研发及应用、房地产核心要素源头控制等经济与管理手段的综合运用,才能有效促进房地产业的低碳转型。
Real estate industry in China is facing some problems,such as the deficiency of low carbon quantification standard,lacking development composition force,outdated technology and so on.The major barrier of developing low carbon economy in real estate industry is the traditional developmental pattern which follows high level of energy consumption and carbon emission.So,this paper proposes that low carbon must go through three stages: energy saving,low carbonization real estate development and green real estate development.In the development process,only by powering low carbon development,quantifying the low carbon real estate standards,increasing the low carbon technology RD and application,controlling the real estate core factors and such economy and management methods,can effectively promote the low carbon transformation in real estate industry.
