摘要
大型建筑企业集团区域公司运营效率的评价是描述企业运营状态的关键环节,对建筑企业的管理控制有着重要的意义。建立评价建筑企业区域公司运营效率的动态数据包络分析(DEA)模型,并通过对国内某大型建筑企业的八个区域公司进行实际案例分析,验证模型的有效性和实用性,实现了对区域公司的有效评价。
Efficiency evaluation of regional construction company is the key link to describe the operation state of the whole group,and it is of great significance to the management of construction enterprises.This paper introduces dynamic Date Envelopment Analysis（DEA） mode as a tool to evaluate the operational efficiency of regional company,and the empirical analysis by using real data which come from eight regional companies of a domestic large-scale construction enterprise.Consequently,the effectiveness and practicality of the model has been verified,and the effective evaluation of regional company has been achieved.
