摘要
利用声波在分层媒质中的传播理论,分析了平面声波在由不同固体、液体构成的多层媒质中声波的透射规律,计算得到透射系数公式,并进行了数值计算。结果为激光扫描声学显微镜的设计及实际应用提供了参考依据。
The transmission of an acoustic wave through the layered media is rigorously analyzed and a correct formula of transmissivity is found based on the theory of acoustic wave transmission. The numerical computations of acoustic wave reflection and transmission coefficients are also finished. These results can be used to design and nodestructive testing of the scanning laser acoustic microscopel (SLAM).
