摘要
综述了近１０年来声表面波抽头延迟线、延迟线等声表面波信号处理器的新发展及在系统中的应用。
Some new advances of SAW signal processing devices as well as their applications in the systems in recent decade are summarized in this paper. Such as SAW withdraw delay line and SAW delay line.
