摘要 高层连体结构抗扭转性能较差,尤其平面上不对称的连体结构,各塔楼之间的振动互相耦联,增大了结构的扭转效应。某高层建筑L形连体结构方案研究表明,刚性连接方案具有较好的抗侧刚度。采用基于性能的设计方法,通过在L形连接体及其下部4层混凝土剪力墙内设置钢支撑框架、增加楼板板底和顶板通长钢筋配筋量、设置水平支撑、提高两塔楼的自身抗侧刚度和承载力等多项措施,使结构的各项指标均能满足相关设计规范要求。 The anti-torsion capability of high-rise buildings with connected structures is low, especially when the connected structures are asymmetric in plane. Coupling vibration among towers increases the torsion effect on building structure. A research on an L-type connected structure shows that rigid connections have better lateral rigidity. Using the performance- based design method, different techniques such as setting modular steel braced frames in the L-type connected structures and four floors of concrete shear walls, increasing reinforcement ratios of the soffits and floors, setting horizontal supports, and increasing lateral rigidity and bearing capacity of the two towers, are used to make sure all the indicators can follow the design standard.
