摘要
人民日报社报刊综合业务楼是一体型复杂的高层钢结构建筑,采用钢框架加屈曲约束支撑的结构形式。结构部分关键的竖向构件呈弧形外凸,二阶效应明显,且在竖向荷载作用下即表现出较大的水平和竖向变形;主要抗侧力构件约束屈曲支撑的施工安装顺序对其自身及边缘框架构件的性能也有较大影响;外框柱采用钢管混凝土柱,混凝土徐变对其极限承载力也有削弱。采用施工过程模拟分析技术,揭示了结构在真实施工过程中的变形和受力过程。通过屈曲约束支撑多种安装顺序的分析对比,找出屈曲约束支撑的最佳安装方案,钢管混凝土柱考虑徐变后的强度储备也得到验证。
The People's Daily office building is a high-rise steel structure with an unusual shape. The frames combined with buckling resistance braces (BRBs) wore used to resist the vertical and horizontal loads. Some columns are arc-shaped and assembled as trusses which will drift even under the vertical loads due to significant second-order effect. The installation sequence of BRBs effects the performance of the frames significantly, and the ultimate capacity of the steel tubes filled with concrete (CFST) will be lost due to the concrete creep. The numerical simulation method was used to reveal the loading and deformation process while the above factors were taken into consideration. The best sequence of the BRBs installation was found and the other construction effects were well studied.
