本文基于JSP设计模式建立了物业管理信息的开发系统。从业务需求出发,建立了小区物业管理系统的功能模型和实现方案。分析了国内物业管理信息系统的发展和使用现状,指出了现阶段存在的问题,阐述了物业管理信息化的必要性。实现了计算机的强大功能与现代的管理思想相结合的理念,为实现智能小区奠定基础。

This article is based on JSP design patterns established property development of management information systems. Departure from the business requirements, functional model and the implementation of a residential property management system. Domestic property management information system development and use of the status quo, and pointed out the problems at this stage of the need for property management of information technology. Computer powerful combination of philosophy and modem management thinking, and to lay the foundation for the realization of intelligent community.
