摘要
根据牛顿定律,从力学观点出发,对浸渍法测定PVC地板密度的准确性进行了分析,提出修改意见并通过实验进行验证。实验得出:试样尺寸较小时忽略金属丝的质量使测得的地板密度偏差较大;试件尺寸较大时,金属丝的质量可以忽略。采用修正公式可使实验更加严谨,数据准确。同时,修正公式在试样密度大于或小于浸渍液密度时都可适用,统一了密度测量的操作方法和计算公式。
According to Newton's law,the accuracy of determining PVC floor density by the method of immersion is analyzed from the viewpoint of mechanics,and modified suggestions was studied and verified through experiment.The results show that the density of sample in small size has large deviation when the quality of metal wire was ignored,while the quality of metal wire need not be taken into account when the sample was in larger size.The precise date can be obtained by adopting the formula,which can be the testing method of density without considering the difference of sample and steeping liquor in density.
