摘要
本文研究超量掺入粉煤灰替代部分细骨料,低量掺入矿粉,即"一超一低法"单独使用特细砂配制泵送混凝土,来解决由于特细砂颗粒偏细、比表面积大等造成混凝土粘性大、流动度降低、混凝土收缩增加而导致特细砂配制混凝土泵送难、易开裂的技术问题,对于生产混凝土用细骨料的应用广度及合理利用地方自然资源、降低混凝土生产成本、节约资源具有一定的社会效应和经济效益。
This paper studies on the excess of fly ash to replace part of fine aggregate,low quantity of adding slag powder,namely "super admixed with low doping method "individually using the special fine sand pumping concrete mixed,to solve because of extra fine sand grains are finer,large specific surface area caused by viscous flow of concrete,reduce,concrete shrinkage increases as a result of special fine sand concrete pumping difficult,easy to crack technical problems,for the production of fine aggregate concrete with the application scope and the rational use of local natural resources,reduce the cost of concrete,save resources has certain social effect and economic benefits.
