摘要
目的:探讨医院员工培训精细化管理的效果。方法:针对不同岗位制定培训计划,设计培训方式,建立和实施重实践、求实效、多层次、立体状的员工培训课程体系和实施方案。结果:临床实践技能能力明显提高。结论:员工培训的精细化管理应着重于临床实效的培训,所有培训方案的设计、培训内容的构思都应从临床一线出发,讲究实用性和实效性。
Objective: To learn the effect of hospital training lean management. Methods: Different training plan and approaches in accordance with different post was designed. Training system and implementation plan highlighting on practice, focusing on effectiveness, multi-tier and solid was shaped. Results: Clinical practice skill has been significantly improved. Conclusions: Lean management on staff training should highlight on effect. Training plan and content needs to proceed from clinical demand and have practicality and effectiveness.
