点焊在焊接机柜校形中的应用

Application of Spot Welding in Straightening Distortion of Welding Case of Electronic Equipment

本文针对焊接机柜加工中产生的侧板波浪变形 ,提出了一种运用点焊产生的电阻热来矫正变形的新方法。应用表明 ,采用该方法来消除机柜侧板的变形 ,工艺无需特别控制均能获得极好的效果。

Being aimed at distortion of side plate for welding case of electronic equipment, this paper puts forward a new method to straighten distortion by using resistance heat which produced by spot welding. Practice indicates that good result is obtained by this method without special control.
