摘要
目的:分析、比较实施压力管理干预措施前后三级医院医务人员的心理健康状况差异,探讨措施效果。方法:应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对北京市5所三级综合医院的医务人员进行调查。2次调查期间,对干预组进行压力管理,对照组成自然状态。结果:阳性症状痛苦水平(PSDI),干预组、对照组干预前后自身比较均存在统计学差异(P<0.05),对照组差异更显著(P<0.01)、得分更高;干预前干预组与对照组比较,两组在SCL总分、强迫、人际关系敏感、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性、GSI(总症状指数)上存在统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),干预后无差异(P>0.05)。结论:三级综合医院医务人员需要心理干预;压力管理干预措施有一定的积极成效。
Objectives: To analyze and compare with the difference about the medical staff mental health status in tertiary hospital before and afterstress-management intervention. Methods: Applied Symptom Checklist 90 ( SCL-90 ) to investigate the medical staff of 5 tertiary general hospitals in Beijing. During the period between two interviews, the stress-management was given to the intervention group, but none to the control group. Results: Both intervention group and the control group intervention, there was statistical difference in positive symptoms pain levels (PSDI) beforeand after intervention ( P〈0.05 ) . The control group was more significantly different (P 〈 0.01), also the score was higher. Before the intervention, there was statistical difference in the total score of SCL-90, force, sensitive interpersonal relation, hostile, terror, paranoid, psychoticism and GSI (total symptoms index) between the two groups ( P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ) , but no difference after the intervention. Conclusions: The medical staff of third-class hospital needs psychological intervention. Stress- management intervention measures have positive effect.
