经济全球化与民族国家经济意识——“民族国家意识过时论”简析

Economic Globalization and Economic Consciousness of National Countries

西方一些学者和政治家将经济全球化的超越作用绝对化、普泛化 ,鼓吹“民族国家意识过时论”。其实质乃是维持其负面效应。正是经济全球化的某些趋势和特征决定和显示着民族国家的若干经济意识 :世界整体化走向和多元化格局同步发展趋势中的经济主体意识 ;国家经济主权相对弱化而国家利益、民族特性又在强化这一趋势中的民族经济主导意识 ;世界经济不平衡现象加剧 ,全球贫富差距拉大趋势中的民族自强自立意识 ;全球综合国力竞争趋势中的经济发展“综合战略”意识 。

Some scholars and politicians of the developed western countries try to make 'the surpassing role' of economic globalization absolutely and universally, which aim at 'the out-of-date theory of national countries' and maintain the negative effects of economic globalization. But the tendencies and characters of economic globalization determine and show a certain economic consciousness of national countries: economic subject consciousness and multipolarization pattern of economic integration; the dominant consciousness of the national economy in the tendency of weakening of the national economic sovereignty while their strengthening of the interests of the national countries; the national consciousness of striving to become stronger in the tendency of expansion of disparity between the rich and the poor; the consciousness of the development strategy in the tendency of the global competition of comprehensive national strength and so on.
