Distributing according to Production Elements

按生产要素分配就是要按要素的边际生产力来分配。生产要素价格形成的过程同产品价格形成的过程共同构成了市场机制配置资源的总过程。因此 ,按生产要素分配 ,不仅是市场机制作用的内在要求和外在表现形式 ,而且还是我国社会主义经济体制改革的必然趋势和实现共同富裕的必要条件。但是 ,对按生产要素分配中形成的收入差距过分两极化 ,一定要给以政策上、法制上的限制 ,使所有的经济主体按照合理的市场竞争规则公平地竞争。

Distribution according to production elements is to distribute according to elements of boundary production force. It is not only an inner demand and outside behavior, but an inevitable tendency of our socialist economic system reform and a necessary condition of realizing common prosperity as well. The income differentiation should be limited by policy and the law and we should make a fair competition in all the economic body according to rational market re gulation.
