摘要
在当今经济全球化的复杂商务环境中 ,一种新的管理模式———企业知识流程管理应运而生 ;同时在企业整个价值链环节中 ,市场营销的反应能力亦显示出其重要性。本文主要探讨了企业知识流程管理的模式及市场营销反应能力等问题。
In today's ever-changing global business environment,a new type of knowledge chain management process has played more and more important role in deciding the success and failure of the business enterprise.in this knowledge chain management process,company's quick response in marketing has become an integrated part in the value-chain of the business.This article tries to discuss the relationship and interaction between company's knowledge process management and its quick marketing responsiveness geared to increase the competence of the business.
