“因需而变”的中小企业ERP应用研究

传统管理的种种弊端，严重制约了成长性中小企业的快速发展，但是目前ERP系统的开发和应用多将目标集中在大型企业上，适合中小企业的ERP软件很少，主要是因为ERP系统实施需要耗费的人力、财力、物力巨大，中小企业无力承担。本文从中小企业的特点出发，提出了一种精简的ERP开发模式，并在实际中得到了良好运用。

The drawbacks of traditional management, severely restricted the rapiddevelopmentof the growth of SMEs, but the development and application of the ERP system will be more focused on the large enterprise, ERP software suitable for small and medium enterprises rarely, mainly because of the implementation of the ERP system needthe huge cost of human, financial and material resources, SMEs can not afford. This paper proposed a streamlined ERP development mode from the characteristics of SMEs, and good use in practice.
