摘要 [目的]探寻一套适合热带水果蔬菜中的硒准确测定的方法。[方法]以各类蔬菜及水果为测试对象,选择氢化物—原子荧光法对其硒含量进行测定,并优化测定参数。[结果]氢化物—原子荧光法测定热带水果蔬菜中硒含量,曲线相关系数为0.999 9,方法检出限为Se:0.24μg/kg。通过对国家标准物质的测定,以及加标回收试验,验证了该方法是准确可靠的,适合对大批量的水果蔬菜硒的普查检测。[结论]氢化物—原子荧光法适合对大批量的水果蔬菜硒的普查检测。 [Objective] The aim was to explore a method for accurate determination of selenium in the tropical fruits and vegetables.[Method] Taking kinds of vegetables and fruits as the test object,the selenium contents were measured by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and the measurement parameters were optimized.[Result] The correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,with se detection limit of 0.24 μg/kg,by determining selenium content of tropical fruits and vegetables by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.It was showed that the method was accurate and reliable,and suitable for large quantities of fruits and vegetables selenium reconnaissance detection,through the national standard measurement,as well as the labeled recovery experiments.[Conclusion] Hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was suitable for selenium reconnaissance detection of large quantities of fruits and vegetables.
