Based on introducing the cultivar origin of Helianthus tuberosus L.new variety Jijuyu 1,the species characteristics were elaborated from following aspects,including plant traits,tuber characters and quality traits,etc.The yield performance were summarized.Then,the key cultivation techniques and adaptive area were discussed.
