摘要
作为国民经济支柱的中国国有大中型企业需要进一步推进并深化企业管理变革来解决发展过程中出现的各种问题,系统的企业文化建设对企业管理变革能否成功起着极其重要的作用。为评价目前中国国有企业企业文化建设的进程和现状是否能支撑国有企业未来的变革发展,文章采用实证研究的方法,从企业文化陈述的角度对改革后国有企业企业文化的建设现状进行描述,并对企业自身特征与企业文化陈述之间的关系进行了研究。
As the pillar industry of national economy,China's large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises(SOEs) need to push and deepen the change of management system further to solve all sorts of problems occuring in the development.A systematic strategy focusing on culture building is critical for the success of the change of management system.In order to evaluate the extent to which the cultural construction of SOEs has arrived and whether it can support the future development of SOEs,we made an empirical analysis of the cultural statements of top 50 SOEs according to Deal and Kennedy's cultural elements framework,describe the present situation of the construction of SOEs' cultural statements and reserched on the relationship between the cultural statement and enterprises' characteristics.
