Taking our resource-exhausted cities transformation development as the subject,this paper has summarized the research work,analyzed the present situation and the main questions of resources-exhausted cities in Pan Jin,and four strategies are also put forward： improving innovation consciousness and planning distribution,breaking economic emphasis and promoting transformation,strengthening ecological environment protection and guaranteeing development quality,improving environmental economic policies and strengthening the financial support of ecological compensation.
