功能尺寸链在手动起动器操作机构设计中的应用

摘要 通过对手动起动器的操作机构的功能尺寸链进行设计,得到了操作机构的骨架模型。基于功能尺寸链骨架构建手动起动器的操作机构的模型。最后,分析和验证了其电气性能参数。结果表明:通过功能尺寸链作为骨架建立的设计模型,可有效地控制影响产品的电气性能参数,为操作机构设计提供一种有效方法。 It is key and difficulty to design the operation mechanism of the manual starter. Skeleton is the soul of the top-down design. The skeleton model of the operation mechanism was got through designing the function dimensional chain of the operation mechanism of the manual starter, then the model of the operation mechanism was built based on the skeleton model. At last, the electrical properties were analyzed and verified based on skeleton model. The result shows that the electrical properties can be effectively controlled through the model which is designed by the skeleton of the function dimensional chain, and an effective method is provided for designing the operation mechanism.
