摘要
学习借鉴风险管理理念和理论,运用质量管理的方式和方法,是防范、化解铁路客站安全风险的有效途径。总结铁路客站建设取得的成绩,分析目前铁路客站建设面临的安全形势,运用风险管理理论,从强化客站安全风险意识、加强客站安全风险管理、抓好客站问题整改、健全客站安全责任落实四个方面阐述聚焦安全、提升品质、深入推进铁路客站科学发展的理念。
Learning from the concept and theory of risk management and using the way and method of quahty man- agement are effective ways to prevent and mitigate the safe risk of railway stations. With summarizing the obtained achievements, analyzing the safety situation of stations＇ construction and using the theory of risk management, the arti- cle discusses the concept of focusing on safety, improving quality and enhancing scientific development of stations from four aspects about stations： intensifying safety risk consciousness, strengthening safety risk management, solving existing problems and perfecting safety risk responsibility.
