摘要
质量是铁路客站的生命,是铁路客站项目成败的关键。针对哈尔滨西站工程的特点,在对影响工程质量的重点因素和环节进行分析的基础上,总结哈尔滨西站工程建设过程中加强质量的前端控制、过程控制等项目质量管理的经验,以推动铁路客站项目管理的科学化、规范化和标准化。
Quality is the life and the key to success of railway passenger stations. Armed at characteristics of Harbinxi Station project and based on the analysis of key elements and links affecting quality of the project, the article summa- rizes the experiments of strengthening front and process control of quality under the construction of Harbinxi Station to make the construction of railway stations scientific, normalization and standardization.
