摘要
目的观察严重烧伤大鼠早期应用参附注射液后肠黏膜屏障功能的变化。方法健康雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分为正常组、烧伤组和参附治疗组,其中烧伤组和参附治疗组处理致成30%TBSAⅢ°烧伤,并予相应处理,参附治疗组在烫伤后即刻腹腔注射参附注射液(10 mL/kg),于伤后72 h检测血浆内毒素含量,取肠系膜淋巴结(MLN)、肝、脾组织匀浆后进行细菌培养。结果参附治疗组血浆内毒素含量低于烧伤组,而与对照组相近;参附治疗组肠系膜淋巴结、肝、脾组织匀浆细菌易位量低于烧伤组。结论在严重烧伤早期应用参附可以明显减轻肠粘膜损害程度,减少肠源性感染的发生。
Objective: To explore the effects of Shenfu injection on intestinal mucosal barrier of severe burned rat. Methods: 30 SD male rats were randomized to normal group, burn group and Shenfu-treated group. The study was carried out using a model of 30% TBSA of full-thickness burns in SD rats. 72 hours after burned, the concentration of endotoxin in plasma of all rats was detected,and the mesenteric lymphatic nodes (MLN),liver and spleen were homogenized to culture for bacteria. Results: The concentration of plasma endotoxin in Shenfu- treated group decreased significantly. Bacterial translocation quantity in MLN ,liver, and spleen in Shenfu-treated group were obviously lower than those in burn group. Conclusion: Shenfu injection can decrease the intestinal mucosal damage induced by bum, and thereby can keep the defense function of intestinal mucosal barrier against bacteria and endotoxin.
