关于丝裂霉素制备急性皮肤溃疡模型的研究

The Research of the MMC Prepare Acute Dermal Ulcer Model

本实验通过运用丝裂霉素化学损伤法建立豚鼠、新西兰兔急性皮肤溃疡模型,观察该方法造模所得皮肤溃疡的特点及自然愈合时间,从而得出最适合进行急性皮肤溃疡模型制备的动物。对比而言,新西兰兔更适用于急性皮肤溃疡模型的建立。

Mitomycin chemical damage method were used in this experiment to establised guinea pig,rabbit skin ulcer model. To observe the method of molding the skin ulcer characteristics and natural healing time of the model, so as to obtain the most suitable animal model for acute skin ulcer preparation. In contrast, New Zealand rabbit was more suitable for acute dermal ulcer model.
