丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合降纤酶治疗进展性卒中对血清MBP、S100β蛋白含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合降纤酶静脉注射治疗对进展性卒中患者血清MBP、S100β含量的影响。方法对120例急性进展性卒中的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合降纤酶,对照组在常规治疗的基础上只加用降纤酶,于治疗前及治疗后1、5、15 d进行临床疗效及神经功能缺损评分,并于治疗前和治疗后15 d检测2组患者血清MBP和S100β的含量。结果 2组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、临床疗效均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05),治疗后2组MBP、S100β含量均明显减少(P<0.05),治疗组降低更加显著(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合降纤酶治疗可改善临床症状,可能与下调MBP、S100β有关。 Objective To investigate the effects of butylphthalide sodium chloride injection combined with defibrase on serum levels of MBP and S100βin the treatment of progressive stroke. Methods 120 patients with progressive stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. On the basis of routine treatment, the patients in treatment group were treated by butylphthalide sodium chloride injection combined with defibrase,however,the patients in control group were treated by defibrase only. The therapeutic effect and neurologic impairment scoring were observed before treatment and at 1,5,15 days after treatment,and the serum levels of MBP and S100β were detected before treatment and on the 15th day after treatment for both groups. Results The therapeutic effect and neurologic impairment scoring were obviously improved after treatment for both groups ( P 〈 0.05 ), especially for treatment group ( P 〈 0.05), and the serum levels of MBP and S100β were significantly decreased for both groups after treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ), especially for treatment group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The butylphthalide sodium chloride injection combined with defibrase in the treatment of progressive stroke can improve patient' s clinical symptoms, which may be correlated with the down-regulation of the serum levels of MBP and S100β.
