前列地尔对冠脉支架术围术期C-反应蛋白及心脏不良事件的影响

摘要 研究表明，冠脉支架术在短期内会触发和加重血管内的炎性反应。本研究旨在观察于冠脉支架植入术围术期应用前列地尔，观察炎性因子C-反应蛋白的变化及1年内不良心脏事件的发生率，了解前列地尔对该指标的影响及不良心脏事件发生率的相关性。
