两种植骨融合方式治疗腰椎滑脱症骨融合率的比较
摘要
腰椎滑脱是临床上常见的下腰痛疾患，在我国发病率较高，为4％-5％。大多数患者经保守治疗症状可缓解，但仍有约20％的患者因双侧神经根管骨性狭窄而持续性加重，本文对我院2003年至2011年117例采用椎弓根钉棒内固定＋后外侧植骨融合与椎弓根钉棒内固定＋椎体间植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症患者的影像学资料进行观察，
