肺血管内皮细胞结构功能变化与急性肺损伤 被引量:3

摘要 急性肺损伤(acute lung injury,ALl)/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)时血管内皮细胞既是受损的主要靶器官,还是活跃的效应细胞,有研究显示肺血管内皮细胞(pulmonary vasculary endothelial cell,PVEC)的改变在急性肺损伤中十分重要。肺血管内皮细胞在细菌内毒素(Iippopolysaccharide,LPS)、细胞因子、氧自由基等的作用下,其通透性增高,分泌和释放各种炎性介质和细胞因子,使得促炎和抗炎介质失衡,同时凝血与抗凝系统失衡,引起肺微循环障碍和肺动脉高压,患者出现进行性低氧血症和呼吸窘迫,本文拟从ALI时PVEC的结构与功能变化探讨治疗ALI的新思路。
