Hotspots and strategies of the prevention and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

对肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)的防治已成为人类一大挑战。近年来,HCC的临床和基础肿瘤细胞生物学方面的研究均取得较大进展,出现了一批可提供高级别证据的临床试验结果,为HCC的防治带来了新的关注热点。本文通过论及HCC的防治热点,旨在指导医生遵守循证医学证据,采用个体化、优化治疗策略,使HCC患者在临床治疗上最大获益。

Prevention and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） is a great challenge for humans. Over recent years, a great progress has been made in clinical research and basic research of tumor cytobiology in HCC, bringing about a series of clinical results with high level of clinical evidence and research hotspots in prevention and treatment of HCC. This paper focuses on the hotspots and strategies of prevention and treatment of HCC, for the purpose of providing guidance for physicians to comply with evidence-based guidelines and carry out individualized and optimized treatment regimens so as to ensure a maximum benefit in the treatment of HCC.
