HBVX蛋白及血管生成素-2与乙型肝炎相关性肝细胞癌的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨HBVX蛋白(HBVX protein,HBx)及血管生成素(angiopoietin,Ang)-2与乙型肝炎(乙肝)相关性肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测69例乙肝相关性HCC组织中HBx和Ang-2的表达,并分析它们与患者临床病理学特点的关系。结果 69例乙肝相关性HCC组织中HBx的阳性表达率为84.06%(58/69),Ang-2的阳性表达率为81.16%(56/69)。HBx的表达与HCC的淋巴结转移及门静脉侵犯有关(P<0.05),Ang-2的表达与HCC的肿瘤直径、包膜浸润、淋巴结转移、门静脉侵犯及TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。HBx与Ang-2在乙肝相关性HCC组织中表达呈正相关(rp=0.600)。结论 HBx可能参与乙肝相关性HCC的新生血管形成,这可能与Ang-2的高表达有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between HBV X protein (HBx) and angiopoietin (Ang) -2 and the occurrence and development of hepatitis B-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods The expressions of HBx and Ang-2 were detected in 69 patients with hepatitis B-related HCC by using SP immunohistochemical staining, and the relationship between the expressions of HBx and Ang-2 and the clinical pathological characteristics were analyzed as well. Results Of 69 patients with hepatitis B-related HCC, the positive expression rate of HBx was 84.06% (58/69), and the positive expression rate of Ang-2 was 81.16% (56/69). The expression of HBx was correlated with lymph node metastasis and portal vein invasion (P〈0.05), and the expression of Ang-2 was correlated with the diameter of liver tumor, capsule invasion, lymph node metastasis, portal vein invasion and TNM stage (P〈0.05). The expression of HBx was positively related with the expression of Ang-2 in patients with hepatitis B-related HCC (r~=0.600). Conclusions HBx may be involved in the neovascularization of hepatitis B-related HCC, and the effect may be related with the high expression of Ang-2.
