开放性肺叶切除与完全胸腔镜术治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床对比研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的比较胸腔镜肺叶切除手术(VATS)与开放性肺叶切除手术(TOS)治疗非小细胞肺癌的优点及不足,探讨其对于临床治疗的价值。方法回顾性分析经手术治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者78例,其中36例行VATS治疗为观察组,42例行TOS治疗为对照组,比较两组患者手术时间、淋巴结清扫范围,术中出血量,术后引流量等情况。结果经比较发现,观察组患者在手术切口长度、术中失血量、术后杜冷丁使用量及胸腔引流量明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术时间略长于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者术中清扫淋巴结个数差异不明显(P>0.05)。经随访6～25个月,2组患者复发及病死率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胸腔镜肺叶切除治疗非小细胞肺癌具有出血少、疼痛小、恢复快等特点,疗效肯定,值得临床推广。
