贫困山区城乡经济社会一体化的“凤县模式”探析

Analysis on Feng County Mode of the Urban-rural Economic and Social Integration of Mountainous Areas in Poverty

为了探索贫困山区城乡经济社会一体化的经验与成功模式,从经济、社会、环境三个系统选取相应指标,对陕西省凤县在2006—2010年间的指标数据采用均方差确定权重,计算出这期间的的城乡统筹发展水平,并对"凤县模式"的内涵、特点及相关政策措施进行系统的总结,结合其统筹城乡模式得到三点启示。

To study the successful pattern and experience of the urban--rural economic and social integration of mountainous areas in poverty, the urban and rural harmonious development level of Feng County in Shaanxi province from 2006 to 2010 has been calculated in this paper by selecting the relevant economic indicators, social indicators and environmental targets and using mean square error to determine weight. Meanwhile, the connotation, characteristics and some policies of Feng County mode are summarized in the thesis. Thus its success may east some practical enlightenments on China urban--rural integration of mountainous areas in poverty.
