The Empirical Research on the Impact of Supply Chain Relationship Quality on Knowledge Absorptive Capacity and Cooperation Innovation Performance

基于供应键构建企业间关系质量对知识吸收能力和合作创新绩效影响的概念模型,区分潜在吸收能力和实现吸收能力,探讨企业与供应商间的关系质量和企业与客户间的关系质量对知识吸收能力和合作创新绩效影响的差异。得出结论:关系质量对潜在吸收能力具有积极影响,企业与供应商间关系质量仅对创新绩效具有积极影响,企业与客户间关系质量对创新绩效和合作绩效均具有积极影响。

Relationship quality between enterprises affected absorptive capacity and acquisitive capacity of knowledge directly, and absorptive capacity is the key factor for technological innovation. Based on supply chain, this study established a conceptual model which is the impact of relationship quality on knowledge absorptive capacity and cooperation innovation performance, distinguished between potential absorptive capacity and realized absorptive capacity, and discussed the differences of the impact between business with suppliers and business with customers. The result showed the relationship quality had a positive impact on potential absorptive capacity; absorptive capacity had a positive impact on innovation performance, realized absorption capacity significantly affected the cooperation performance; the relationship quality between enterprises and their suppliers had a positive impact on innovation performance only, the relationship quality between enterprises and their customer had a positive impact on innovation performance and cooperative performance.
